Looking to turn over the lease for the school year. The apartment is for a 👨 👨 boy. Campus Crossings is well located about 1 mile from the 💛 💛 UCF campus and is on the 💛 💛 UCF 🚌 🚌 shuttleroute so a tenant can get a free 🚌 🚌 shuttle to campus about every minutes. The complex includes two resort-style swimming 🊠🏊 pools, basketball court, fitness center, volleyball court, and a free ðŸ•¶ï¸ 🕶️ tanning facility. The complex is fully 🌉 🌉 gated.
Included is a private locked bedroom and a semi-private bathroom. The bedroom is located on the first floor of the townhouse-style apartment. The semi-private bathroom is connected to the private bedroom by a locking door. The semi-private bathroom is technically shared among all residents of the unit, but since the other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, the other residents use the /2 bathrooms upstairs most of the ⌚⌚time.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment. The bedroom comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed and mattress, 2 small dressers, a desk & chair, and a large closet. The apartment has a full kitchen including ⛄ ⛄ refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and ☢ ☢ microwave. The apartment also has its own washer & dryer. The common space includes living room furniture and a small dining room table and chairs.
The rent of $ includes the furniture rental fee and the utility conservation fee. All utilities are included (with an included max of $ per month 💡electric per apartment). This rent is well below the $/mo current rate being charged by Campus Crossings for the same unit (which is SOLD OUT FOR / SCHOOL YEAR) and way below market rent compared to all other complexes on the 💛 💛 UCF 🚌 🚌 shuttleroute.
The turnover date will be on/around 8/5/ (depending on leasing office availability). The new tenant will be required to pay the full months rent for the month of August plus the lease reletting fee of one months rent, plus any application costs. The reletting fee must be paid now prior to the documentation of the reletting.
