Dec 2015: Since moving in March of last year, the property has made large improvements. However, they do not overrule the negatives. Things are always broken, security doesn't have a strong presence and there have been several occasions where I was given an eviction notice when I paid rent and the office messed up. Improvements have been made as far as community events and trying to bring the buildings together. - 3 stars

Dec 2015: Back when I was searching for a place to live earlier this year, I decided to take a look at "The Marquee". The building signs for Sterling Central were still being proudly displayed in multiple locations even though none of their paperwork made any mention of Sterling Central (red flag). There was nobody in the leasing office when I went there even though it was during their posted business hours. A security guard with no equipment kept making random appearances wherever I was as if to give the impression that the place had decent security.

Jul 2015: Lol, I don't even live here. I just randomly walked into the building one day, through an open stairwell with my girlfriend, just to check the place out, just to roam the halls. (Stellar security right there.) And well, the halls were gross. Looked bad and smelled bad and there was a puddle in the hall of what could have either been piss or stagnant water. We were both surprised and wondered why most of these kids that live there are even living there in the first place. Oh right, from the outside looks of this place, they figured they would be living somewhat luxuriously.

Jun 2015: Hands down the worst place you can live in no question about it!Lived at Sterling for one long, dirty, smelly year and that’s not figurative but literally the hallways, stairs, elevators all smell of urine and waste, there's graffiti all across random parts of the building, and more. This place is literally just a Overpriced. Dirty hell hole. Trash chutes on every floor of the parking garage. can't miss them because you can smell them 200 feet away. The crowd that rents here is notoriously dirty and loud, I wasn't surprised to walk outside and find rotisserie chickens, dirty diapers, beer cans galore littering the hallways and the parking garage and the best part is that every day it gets worse.

Dec 2014: DO YOU LIKE DANGER? Just think if you are a parent or just someone looking how would you feel if you didn't know whether or not you would be attacked walking outside of your apartment or not. Keep in mind the elevators never work so you are forced to walk through the dangerous hallways. Live ANYWHERE but Here. The management does not care. If you do want to live somewhere that will not only listen to you but fix or help you with your problem then move ANYWHERE but here. There are cats and dogs everywhere running around. If you WANT to be harassed then move here. Listen to the reviews and go online and look up the robberies. The stair wells are unsafe and I feel sorry for the students who have to live there and who are terrified to walk downstairs and get on the bus for school.
Oct 2014: There has been two robberies at the parking garage of this place around this month of Oct 2014. This seems to be more bad luck because according to public information it is the same robber. The complex is trying to work to increase security while authorities try to catch the culprit.
May 2014: The walls are extremely thin and you can hear people all over the place. The staff don't call you back in a timely manner. Some are terrible, rude, and don't know enough to resolve certain issues. google reviews

May 2014: Management workers just simply don't care about residents because theres too many of them. They bit off more than they could chew, and this place is going downhill. Parking garage is filthy, hallways have vomit everywhere, parking SUCKS, no excuses for one day late rent, Internet is HORRIBLE, overages every month because they aren't really "green". don't LIVE HERE.
