I’m looking to sublease my room (bedroom 2) at the Aves for the summer semester! I absolutely ❤️love the place but will be going home for the summer. The apartment is great with a huge closet and bathroom the kitchen is also very spacious and the 2 roommates are both very nice, quiet, and 🎇clean. There is also 2 gyms, 3 🏊 pools, a study room, and a club house that’s great to hang out in!
