Check out The Mix website for more information but this place is gorgeous. It&#;s a new building with every amenity you want (gym, 🕶️ tanning bed, podcast studio, 🏊 pool, entertainment room, killer WiFi, and more). I really liked the security features at the front door.
The apartment is on a floor in the teens with easy access to the elevator & trash chute. Rent is $ and overage on utilities averages about $ a month. Roommates are quiet and easy-going.
The bedroom is the end room and has a gorgeous view of the gold Capitol dome. This bedroom has the largest closet of the apartment and has floor to ceiling windows. You can move the bed wherever you like (BTW, I recommend some sort of mattress topper). I rearranged it a couple of ⌚times 1st semester.

The balcony has a view of the 🏊 pool area but is far enough away that it&#;s quiet. The patio furniture is mine but it will stay with my roomies until I come back in July.
The kitchen is amazing if you like to cook and I&#;m leaving my cooking stuff and plates so please treat it nicely!
The living room photo shows how comfy we made it and, again, I&#;m leaving my furniture pieces there so y&#;all can enjoy them until I come back in July during move-out.
