This is fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, chair, and 📺 tv. Available as early as May 1st-July st. Rent is $ + utilities. I will cover the $ reassignment fee.
This room is on the th floor, and the apartment has floor to ceiling windows, as well as a balcony for some gorgeous views of the city. The Mark has a great location with many amenities including a 🏊 pool, hot-tub, full gym with racks and free weights, sauna, golf-simulator, and a lounge with ping pong and many study spaces. The apartment is directly next to Publix and near many 🍕 food places, such as Amici 🍕 pizza directly attached to the building, Taco Bell, Tropical Smoothie and a few others. Its located at Spring St NW, which is about half a mile from Tech Square at Georgia Tech.
