The Flats offers a student living in close proximity to Georgia Tech and GSU. All of the apartments at The Flats come fully Furnished. Pets are not allowed but one can always ask to see if there are exceptions. The community rents to international students. They would just have to have a visa, passport and I-20.
The Flats at Atlantic Station right across the street from IKEA on 16th Street. This is student housing and is highly recommended that students looking to attend school in the city of Atlanta only apply. This location is REALLY close to public transportation like MARTA and city busing locations. Georgia Tech students have easy access to school via the Green Route less than a minute from your door. Georgia State University is only a short 5 minutes from here. Monthly rent includes all utilities except electricity (usually only an additional $40-$50).
