All the neighbors are pretty chill and I find the quirky features of age really charming (mismatched door handles, etc), especially in contrast to all the luxury developments. The porches are fabulous, the apartments are huge and the neighbors are awesome. The Management has changed recently and they are extremely attentive to maintenance issues and are very accommodating to your needs. The only reason for not living here is if you expect a cookie cutter apartment with all the amenities because you don't really get an option here. What you do get is a spacious apartment with great neighbors in an amazing neighborhood! I love this place! Feb 2010: I've noticed people making comments about the staff, stating that they are rude, unhelpful and do not answer the phone. I just wanted to bring it to everyone's attention that there has been new management for months now and there have been no issues with rudeness. The staff works very fast to fix any maitenence issues and the new manager is always very polite and helpful. Review on Apartment Ratings from 02/04/10
