Nov 2015: This apartment complex is perfectly convenient. The high ceilings were the deciding factor upon our move to this location. The sales staff is a 50/50 shot, some are very helpful and others feel like they plan to manipulate me(even said they would put what ever they wanted into our move-in inspection to charge us money the day after we signed our lease... but that's not funny) We LOVE the wash and dryer, wooden blinds and kitchen counters. There is a good amount of storage space, and I have no problem sharing the Master bathroom closet with my husband. Large bathrooms and vanity. Just make sure to cross your T's and dot your i's, because the lease contract is VERY thorough.

Oct 2015: Although rent is somewhat expensive, proximity to transit, work, and restaurants makes the apartment complex's location ideal. The individuals at in the leasing office are responsive and grounds are generally kept clean.

Nov 2014: I've been living in Gables Montclair for a few months now, and I've enjoyed my experience here. The apartments/townhomes are very conveniently located near Emory University. The staff here is great, everyone in the leasing office usually knows you by name and they are incredibly friendly. I live in one of the apartments (there are also townhomes) and it is pretty big. I was lucky to get one of the renovated apartments that has the new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, which was an added plus. The maintenance staff also handles issues very quickly, which is an added plus. Feb 2014: It's been a great, hassle-free experience staying at Gables Montclair. I've been renting a 2BR townhome for the last 2 years and need to move out as I'm re-locating to another city. This is a very good property for its price, the townhomes are nicely done, and the service has been outstanding. It's got a good mix of families as well as Emory folks and I have had to never bother about noise or safety. The leasing office and the maintenance guys have always been very prompt and professional. This is definitely one of the better properties in the Emory area - highly recommended. Review on Yelp from 02/26/14
