Living room area is very spacious and connects to a balcony, and there is also a dining area and a full kitchen. The room I am subletting is the master bedroom, which also has ample space and connects to a private sink area and giant 🚶 walk-in closet. The apartment was renovated in so appliances are all new.
The apartment is in the Clairmont Reserve apartment complex (listed the address of the complex, please inquire for apartment number), which is in the north end of Decatur directly across the street from the Emory Clairmont Campus and within a mile from Toco Hills and North Decatur shopping centers. Clairmont Reserve also connects to S. Peachtree Creek Trail, which is a gorgeous place to run, 🚴 bike, 🚶 walk, etc. and connects to other hiking trails. Maintenance is very responsive, please see listed amenities for more info.
The apartment comes fully furnished and everything is included in rent except WiFi. You&#;d be sharing the common spaces with a quiet, 🎇clean, respectful roommate completing a summer session of a master&#;s program.
