Oct 2018: Apartments are clean and nice, but the landlord was very rude and quite honestly, a victim player. I recommend living there due to neat features like the swimming pool and the units are quite tidy, but beware the manager. Review from GoogleJun 2015: I have to say that my three main needs of an apartment are being met. Location: Great location to Downtown Decatur AND Oakhurst. can't beat it. I take walks all the time to Downtown Decatur. Price: Very good for the area! Space: Good size and storage.
All in all, it's really great. I usually don't have any issues with maintenance or the office. I really only have a few complaints. The walls are thinner in the older side of the apartments, and I can hear my neighbors. I also don't like how I run out of hot water in the morning. But, you know, that's the price of a good apartment in a great location for a great price.

I scheduled an appointment to view for the next day. I arrived at the time appointed only to be told by some random person sitting in a dark, dank office she had just rented the apartment prior to my arrival!!! Took time from work and drove an hour to get there! I was mad, but now I'm glad because first impressions reveal true character. #just-dodged-a-bullet #yay! Any negative reviews you see for this place are simply untrue. The management is super responsive, helpful, and very friendly--they give you the personal touch you wouldn't get at any of the corporate "big box" apartment complexes. Maintenance is also responsive, fast, and friendly. The grounds are very attractive and kept up meticulously -- lots of green space. It's very quiet and safe here -- both the property and the walkable tree-lined neighborhood. I prefer older "vintage" properties, and the buildings here are probably circa 1960's. My apartment is cute, comfortable, and really feels like home. I love living here. Dec 2010: I lived here for 2 1/2 years. Never had a problem with management or maintenance- issues were always resolved quickly. Nice size apartment for 2 people. Lots of closet space. Great kitchen with gas stove. The neighborhood is awesome! Walking distance to Marta, Downtown Decatur, Oakhurst, and many great bars and restaurants. I always felt very safe, even walking alone at night. I had really cool neighbors-we would spend many nights hanging out on the big front porch.
