Colville Gardens and Townhomes are directly across from UNCC. This means it is within Walking distance so you can just walk right to campus and use the on campus Shuttle system Niner Transit System to go from building to building.
The community is made up of 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1340 sq ft and 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 920 Square Feet units. There is no one company or person renting here so the price, pet policy, required lease duration, how maintenance is handled will differ, and possibly include utilities. Two of the large renters are UNCCcondos (704-734-9651) and UNCC Rentals (704-510-1993).
There are no community features at Colville.
If you want lots of space with a low price, and are okay to pass on fancy community features Colville Gardens or Townhomes should work for you....
