The Village at College Downs is a townhome community near UNCC. The townhomes are mostly 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with some variations like 2 and 2.5 etc.
There are no community features in The Village at College Downs, the benefit here is the size of the townhome which included pretty good size closets and all at an attractive price. Because there is not a lot of amenities, you can save some money that way.
Know that this is a condo community which means it is mostly individually owned. There is no true leasing office like how they have at other big college apartment complexes. If you know the owner and think that the person is someone who will fix and correct things fast then you have it good. The only thing is other owners might not be as good so you will have a huge variety in renting experience.
Additionally, an HOA governs the community so this means many of the rules of the HOA need to be followed, be sure to check these rules such as pet restrictions, parking, and noise issues.
