Located directly across the street from Georgia Tech, 100 Midtown is an off campus student community. 100 Midtown offers 4 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments, leased by the bed. This means that students sign an individual lease for their bedroom and they wouldn’t have to worry about splitting rent with their roommate(s). The apartments are fully furnished and fully equipped with appliances (fridge/freezer, stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher); in addition, all of the utilities (electricity, water/sewage/trash and cable in the living room with DVR service, and high speed wifi and Ethernet) are included in the price of rent and every apartment has a 42” TV in the living room. 100 Midtown is right in the heart of midtown and are convenient to stores such as Publix, entertainment and only a couple blocks from the Midtown Marta train station. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. 100 Midtown have several amenities on-site such as: Multiple Study Rooms with Smart Boards Library 24 hour computer lab (pre-loaded with engineering software and Adobe Creative Suite) 24 hour fitness center (with new renovations!) Billiards/ping-pong room Video Game Room Movie theater room (with theater-style seating and a big screen!) The community rents to international students. They would just have to have a visa, passport and I-20.
