Falcon Ridge is made up of separately owned 2 and 3 bedroom town homes, so you will have to search for a landlord (no one management company). The town homes will come with a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. This also means that not everyone living in Falcon Ridge is a renter (pluses and minuses). Being so close to NCSU I would put the number of NCSU students renting there well over 50%. Compared to nearby communities there are more owners here. There are no community features at Falcon Ridge.
