Apartments near UNCG are mainly along Spring Garden St. The apartment scene has many small apartment communities, with a few of the large student focused communities sprinkled around. With the 18,000 UNCG students and NC A&T close by, if you live close to campus there is a very good chance that your neighbor is a student.
