I am looking for a 👩 female to sublease my room of a two bedroom apartment! The move in date is August , . This price includes all utilities and amenities (washer, dryer, 🏊 pool, gym, cable, internet, 🌉 gated apartment complex, parking, appliances, and many more, it even has a patio!) The current roommate is very cool and laid back! She is a student at UNCW. The campus is only a 5 minute drive from the apartment complex, and about minutes from downtown Wilmington.
There is also a one ⌚time 🐕 pet fee and an additional 🐕 pet fee per month if you are looking to move in somewhere with your dog/cat!
There is an application needed to fill out and pay a fee with it. Once that is completed, then we can call the leasing office to figure out what steps needed to be taken to move forward with the lease!
