I’m having to move out in December and am looking for someone to reassign my 1yr lease to. The lease ends in July so you’ll take over the last 7 months of it. Progress apartments is a nice and fun community for UNCW / Cape Fear students. The bedroom is fully furnished with a full size bed frame and mattress, nightstand, desk and chair, and a stackable 4 drawer dresser. There’s a good size 🚶 walk-in closet and your very own private bath which includes the shower rod.
