Oleander Court condos are located between UNCW and CFCC, Downtown Wilmington, right off Oleander Drive. The two story buildings have a pretty, aged brick exterior, and on the inside are broken down into 700 sq ft, 1 bedroom 1 bath units. All have hardwood floors throughout. The one community feature at Oleander Court is a laundry facility.
Oleander Court is Pet Friendly per the HOA rules, but you would need to check with the individual landlord if they accept. Additionally, as this is a condo community, there are many different owners so price, lease duration, maintenance response times, etc will vary, so pick your landlord wisely....
