Aug 2019: The previous review about bugs is true. They don’t take the unit off the market they just show you a different one and rent the one with pest issues to you. There is one helpful member on the management team however everyone else is very unprofessional. I have now went 3 days without a response from the management team via email. I went days before hearing back from them prior to that. They manage from a different state so you can’t even go their office. This is the worse leasing experience I ever had and to work in this business and see how people treat their residents upsets me. I have multiple work orders has now been open for 4 days and have no heard anything from anyone. The move in condition of my apartment was the same exact way it was left. It was never cleaned by management which is why their is a pest problem in a unit. To have pest inside of my child’s bottle is unsanitary and they refuse to take further action. Review from Google
Aug 2018: I love this place for many reasons, 1.) The Landlord is amazing and will work with you on any credit issues. 2.) The parking lot is not full of cars like other places that have 130 units. 3.) It's midtown, you can walk to the store if you want. 3.) It doesn't have nasty carpet like most places, so a dog could definitely live there just gate off the bedrooms. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I have been here for a few months and I enjoy staying here. The property is under new management And they have been taking care of a lot issues I’ve had in here really quickly. He was really nice and he followed up afterwards to see how everything was. Jan 2018: I went here last night 1/23/18 around 6:30 pm and viewed apartment number 306 very top floor, walked in turned on the lights. I’m in there about ten seconds I’m loving the place... I look down and ROACHES Everywhere! On the floor, crawling up the walls, needless to say we got out of there QUICK! This is a Studio they have available so be CAUTIOUS I did talk to a maintenance guy whether they are going to address the problem or not I don’t know but it was one of the nastiest things I have seen in a while. Baby Roaches on top of that so there is probably a whole nest in that apartment. Always check out your places at NIGHT time, this is when roaches are usually out as they tend to hide during the day from the light.. glad I went when I did and WONT be going back! Be Aware if your interested in this apartment! Review from Google
