I am looking to sublease my room at Aspire from August 1, , to the th of July, (-month lease). The apartment is a 3 bed, 3 bath, and the two roommates are chill, easy-going UNCW rising sophomores. The apartment is fully furnished with a living room 📺 tvincluded, as well as 🚶 walk-in closets. They have great amenities like a 🏊 pool, sand volleyball court, a dog park, 🕶️ tanning beds, a gym, and more. The apartment complex is a mile from campus, so it&#;s just a quick 🚶 walk or drive! 🐕 pets are welcome too!!
