Looking for a third roommate! Less than two miles from UNCW. A private and spacious bedroom located at the forefront of a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment within the Abbotts Run community. We are looking for someone to join our lease starting around July th, to the end of the spring school year. The bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and has its own private conjoined full bathroom with a shower unit. The room is completely unfurnished, but the rest of the shared living room and the kitchen is fully furnished. We are two former and current 👨 male UNCW students. We have cats in the apartment but they have not been and are not allowed within the third room currently. The rent with utilities ranges from depending on usage all of which will be equally split between occupants. The complex includes a full gym, 🕶️ tanning bed, common space with free coffee, computer usage and printing, and a 🏊 pool with outdoor workout components. We have a washer/dryer within the apartment and full kitchen with various appliances and equipment we are welcome to sharing! We are welcoming of anyone and are an LGBT+ friendly household! 🐕 pets are allowed pending apartment complex approval. Any inquiries can be directed towards jgr @ uncw.edu.
