Raintree has an amazing atmosphere, both socially and aesthetically. Just a few blocks north of campus, you can escape the cement jungle of south campus to live along the green Provo River trail. Tons of parking is available as well. The apartment has 2 big ⛄ fridges, a balcony, and every appliance/amenity modernized. The room itself is spacious and offers a huge closet. Of course the apartment comes with access to all of raintree’s amenities such as the all year hot tub, gym, and clubhouse. The only reason I’m leaving is because of a long-term surgery recovery. I’m willing to throw in few hundred dollars of rent credit too.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
