Rent is normally about $ ($ + ~$ utilities), but they’ve agreed to drop rent by % for as long as classes are online (currently until the end of June), which puts it about $ total. The actual apartment grounds are pretty, with a little stream going down the middle of it. There’s a 🏊 pool and hot tub, as well as an indoor activities area that has some fun stuff. It would be available for move-in by April at the latest, potentially earlier if you need it. You don’t need to worry about rent for April.
