Oct 2017: Very disappointed with the managing of the Omni. My apartment was broken into while I lived there. We told management we needed a change of locks and they failed to change the locks. Not willing to work with you. Smalls rooms. The hot tub is frequently closed. They upped the prices and are now making you pay for parking. My biggest disappointment is waiting to get my deposit check back. 20+ residents who left when I did didnt get their deposit check back within the 30 legal days. I myself called multiple times and emailed. didn't get a response from my email for 2 weeks. I got my check 2 months later after we all complained about it. I would highly not suggest renting with the Omni.

Oct 2017: I lived here for a year and the management was a disappointment. I moved into my place that had a severely broken couch which took them 2 months to replace. The site managers changed at least 3 times. The hot tub in the complex rarely worked. Drainage of rain water to the underground garage is terrible and rusts cars. The one thing I did like was my apartment with the high ceilings. However, upon move out, my deposit wasn't returned within 30 days and only after repeated emails and stopping by was I contacted and told my check must have gotten lost in the mail. I thought it was highly unlikely that my check, along with over a dozen other residents' checks was "lost in the mail." I would not recommend this complex.

Mar 2017: See how all the most recent reviews are so much lower than the early ones? They raised the rent significantly, started charging for the "free" google fiber internet, and started charging for parking.
(Rant about parking: Their excuse for charging for parking is that they're going to pay an agency to start enforcing parking policies of having to have a pass to park at Omni. That's totally ridiculous because the lot is never filled anyways so there's no reason to police it. They're just trying to squeeze more money out of us.)
You can find so many better places to live for cheaper. don't live here.
