I have a spot in a shared room available at Liberty On Freedom. I signed the contract but then decided to serve a mission so I have never moved in. The contract expires in Aug . I am willing to pay the transfer fee and the rent through December but you can move in any⌚time. You will just need to contact me and then let the apartment know you want to take over my contract. Since I never moved in I just have stock photos of the apartment. They also said you can transfer my bedroom spot to another apartment if there is room.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
