Oct 2017: I lived at College Place last year. I was super excited because it was brand new and pretty cheap considering. Hidden fees everywhere. While I lived there we went through 3 different managements and none of them were good. They don't know what they are doing or how to run an apartment complex. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Parking is a joke there and it's pricey. They charged me for last months rent, which I had paid when I very first moved in. I talked to the office on multiple occasions and they refused to give it back to me and said I would get it with my security deposit.
Review from 10/25/17 on Google Oct 2017: The apartments are very nice but there are definitely things in them and in the building that you can tell were very rushed. In my room there were still holes cut into the dry wall from construction and there was paint dripped on the floors. I moved out in August and they told me that my security deposit would be sent out in the mail to me by the 1st of September. It is now over halfway through October and they still have not even sent the security deposits out in the mail yet. They tell me something different every time I call in about the security deposit. The parking there is horrible.
Review from 10/23/17 on Google Oct 2017: This place is so awful it's unreal. I'm one to be against reviews like this but people need to know it is not okay to live here. I've lived here through 4 management changes, all of which have been terrible. Our sink fell out, tv broke, curtain rods fall right off the wall, the wall behind the cupboard pops right out. They've promised certain rates or reparations for underhanded things they do and never follow through. They're dishonest and deceptive, and even when you work to bring your concerns to one manager, they'll replace that person in a heartbeat and say "sorry, we can't honor what the last person said". I brought up my concerns to someone higher in the company and all she said was that legally they don't have an obligation to help.
Review from 10/16/17 on Google Oct 2017: I’m writing a new review because it won’t let me edit my previous one. I moved out at the end of August and still have not received my security deposit back. I have called requesting my check on multiple occasions and they promised me every time it would be ready within 3 business days, and it never was. I went to the office finally to talk to the manager in person, and they couldn’t track down my check and neither could the accounting department. Finally they found it and the manager told me it would be 2 business days before they were able to print it off... when it was already supposed to be ready and waiting for me. They also already know the exact amounts and have some printed off, they just have yet to send them out or call the tenants to come pick them up.
Review from 10/13/17 on Google Sep 2017: Outstanding university with a talented pool of students. Situated in one of the most breathtakingly scenic locations for a university campus, with stunning mountains on the doorstep of the school, your walks to class will be often awe-inspiring. There has been a lot of updating on the campus. Make no mistake, this is a unique environment that won't be for everyone. But for active members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, or those who like the clean-cut environment, it is a great place to get an education. Though it has a well-deserved reputation as being very conservative, you will find a lot more political diversity here than you expect on many issues. And with the majority of students from outside the state of Utah, in many ways, it is more diverse than any other school in Utah, and less in the "bubble" than critics often c Review from Google
