Hey 👨 guys, I’m DESPERATELY looking for someone to take over my lease at Wildwood apartments since I’m moving for an internship. It’s a 3x3 townhouse and my roommates are both 👩 female, but rarely here. You also get the benefit of having your own bathroom. You’d be able to move in the second week of May and the lease doesn’t end until after summer classes end (like the second week in August). I’d even be willing to help with the rent or pay the utilities if someone takes the lease from me.
