Apr 2017: I've lived here for 2 years now and I must say U-Edge has its ups and downs. On the positive side, the pricing is reasonable and the apartments are very spacious. It is also not that far from campus, which is pretty convenient. However, my living experience here has not been that great. First, I must say that I've complained to the office numerous times about certain issues. They agree to fix the problem, but actually don't do anything about it. The managers don't hold up to their title, as they leave everything up to the office assistants to handle. The complex is also located in an unsafe neighborhood, as there have been robberies, shootings, and breaking into cars. It is also stated on the rules and guidelines that residents must keep their pets on a leash when outside, but residents let their dogs roam around freely. My parents are paying half of what they were paying for me to live on campus, but I can still ride my bike to class.

May 2016: Love the layout of our apartment and is very nicely close to campus with the bus running right by making going to classes nice and easy. Management were helpful.

Feb 2016: If you can find a better deal elsewhere then don't sign a lease here. The only pro is the square footage of your unit. The office workers typically have an attitude or they are just non nonchalant about your concerns--though they say otherwise. Maintenance is average. The pool never gets cleaned. The elevators in the buildings usually aren't working. Always noisy. Safety? The courtesy officer comes 2 or more hours after being called which is crazy because he lives here. Any and everybody can come into the complex and your building. Cars get broken into and there was in an incident where someone who robbed at gun point.

Feb 2016: Excellent Apartments with beautiful live-in spaces. The maintenance team works hard to fix any problems, the front desk is always helpful and the roommate matching has led to a good new friend. Enjoying my experience here.
