Howdy! I am trying to sublease my room at Uclub Townhomes on Marion Pugh Dr.. The apartment is a 4x4 bed and bath that only has two other roommates that are both very quiet. I am trying to sublease for three months(ending in July). The room and apartment is fully furnished. The room comes with a bed frame and mattress, desk, chair, dresser, and nightstand. The room also has a full 🚶 walk-in closet and bathroom with full size shower. The apartment also comes with a good size kitchen with plenty of space, full size ⛄ fridge, separate pantry for each roommate, as well as a large storage area, and a large front porch and smaller back porch. All utilities are included except for 💡electricity which is about a month. The apartment is located only minutes from HEB, 5 minutes away from campus and is located right on a 🚍 bus route, with 🚍 buses running very often. The apartment complex is 🌉 gated and comes with a 🏊 pool and lounge area with 🍔 grills, weight room, recreation room with games and 📺 tv, free computers and printers to use, friendly staff, and covered and open parking. I have lowered the rent price to make it a very good deal as well as I will be paying the subleasing fee.
