Private room and bath!! The apartment is on the A&M 🚌 shuttleroute, is fully furnished, has an in-unit washer/dryer, student resources, a fitness center, and 🏊 pool. Utilities typically rage from $ depending on usage. The pricing is only $ (which if u go online it’s $, I got this place months ago for cheaper) I am the only one so far in the unit so if you have two friends you’d like to move in with it’s available!! :) both cats and dogs are welcome. Parking is free unless you want an assigned spot.
