Nov 2015: Worst renting experience I've ever had. From the day we moved in there have been never ending issues with our apartment. We've had a couch cushion with giant burned holes in it since the first day of our lease…3 months and a thousand phone calls later we still have the same cushion full of holes. Both our washer and dryer broke and on each occasion it took over a month to get them fixed. Even when the dryer was a fire hazard! Air filter was bad from the first day we moved in. The office NEVER answers phone calls! NEVER! When you try to go into the office to talk to employees about issues with your apartment you are left talking to student employees who don't care about your problems and let all of your words go in one ear and out the other and nothing ever happens.

Oct 2015: Management and staff were absolutely horrible. The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They were not only rude to me but to my parents also. Maintenance problems throughout the year. The pool was under construction or filthy for the majority of the year. Half the gym equipment was broken. They lost my rent check.
I would not recommend The Woodlands AT ALL
