May 2019: Please save yourself and DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is very unprofessional and they will do anything to make you pay. If you are a college student STAY AWAY they will try to take advantage of you! I say this because i was told i would have 1 month for free off my second month. When the second month came around they did not want to give it to me. They said they couldn't do it and there was nothing they could do. Frustrated i turned to my mom for help. Once i brought my mom in there it was a completely different story. With my mom there the manager fixed it right away no questions asked. How come I had to bring my mom in there? Why couldn't they have just worked with me when i asked? Im 20 years old I shouldn't have had to bring my mom in there. I was not the only resident with this problem. They promise free months and then try to not give it to the residents so dont expect to get a free month they offer without a fight for it Review from Google

Feb 2019: The Vintage treated me very professionally and I have no complaints about my residency.
Feb 2019: I have about had it with the horrible customer service of this overpriced and poorly maintained complex. I have experienced several issues with management since moving into this complex but today I am to the point where I am seriously considering contacting media outlets. This past Saturday morning I woke up to find out the boiler went out in the building and we would be without water. Management informed us that a part needed to be ordered and the situation would be resolved on Monday. Well Monday came and went with no answers on when the issue would be resolved. Now here it is 543pm on Tuesday and I just received an email from the Assistant Property Manager that the part should be in tomorrow. In my building there are several individuals with children, an individual who is disabled, an elderly female, and several couples or singles. Feb 2019: From the very beginning the office staff (Cheyenne, Brittany, and Misty) were very helpful and nice, from the application process to move in. I've lived here seven months and love it, the office staff is always friendly and very helpful and quick to address resident concerns. The units are very spacious and the upgrades they've done are awesome. Parking is never an issue and who wouldn't want free internet! Also the pricing is great and definitely affordable! Overall very satisfied with The Vintage and would definitely recommend to anyone, also will be resigning when my lease is up!

Please don't dare to move in here..it's almost 6 months now..yet the leaks have not been fixed.. The management keeps promising to deliver better ,yet Everytime its worse!!
The latest happenings...now that the leaks in my house have stopped, the leaks from my neighbour's toilet manage to find a way into my house through my closet!!!!
So my closet is full of toilet water..my clothes are drenched in the same..so is my dresser!!
And when I go and complain about this, the female at the front desk is so cool and asks me to go home and wait for the guy to come over to fix it..no apologies, no empathies, no quick actions.. nothing! Just a cool face as if it's a very petty issue that I brought up!
Save yourselves from these regular disasters and DO NOT move in here!! I wish I could rate them a zero!

Oct 2018: Apartment was nice but the balcony was in disrepair. The lower level staff seem to know little about the business. I moved out in August and asked the manager weather I owed anything and they said no, come to find out they reported me to collections and did not contact me at all. The owner Alpha Varnes real estate does not return calls either. They are trying to spend as little as possible and their service is sub par. The not calling about what I owed and just reporting it to collections left a real bad taste in my mouth. Do not do business with them if you have other options. The last experience really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Also as a masters student I found it almost impossible to do laundry as a card was needed and you could only charge the card during business hours. I will say that they were quick in repairing things for me at le Review from Google

Jul 2018: Very nice apartments for a great deal! The new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors look great! These apartments were very well updated and also has pet parks for both dogs and cats which helps a lot since me and my roommate have a dog. The pool is very nice as well and has been updated nicely. Jul 2018: Management is GREAT and the upgraded appliances and apartments are amazing. Most places would charge an arm and a leg for a fully upgraded apartment but not them! Very pet friendly with two dog parks and even a cat park!?!! The pool is also upgraded with outdoor speakers and and nice propane grill for grilling on those hot summer days! Review from Google
Jun 2018: This place has really changed. I rented here durring hte last bit of the construction and wanted to move. Then that part was finished and more people started to move in. I have gotten to know some of them and its been super fun attending the social events the manager puts on. They have had a couple of staff changes and I think they finally have it right. The new crew is super responsive and friendly. They even followed up with me after my work order was completed to see if it was to my satisfaction. I will renew my lease coming up. can't wait to see what new events they plan on having. Great place to live.
Jun 2018: I love it here. The staff us ultra proffessional compared to the old crew. The newly renovated apartmetns are beautiful and comfortable. The owners had a taco truck here last week where I got to meet a bunch of nieghbors and have made new friends. It's a nice place to live.
Jun 2018: I moved in a couple of months ago. LOVE IT... The new management team is super nice and get to thing quickly. They have had social events here which allowed me to meet a lot of my neighbors. That was a total blast. My dog love's it here in the dog run and the pool is nice. I have a newly renovated apartment that is beautiful. New finishes and stailess steal. I love it here.
May 2018: My girlfriend moved in two weeks ago. She has no internet and the management told her she needed to contact the internet guy herself. She called him. After two weeks he is finally showing up tomorrow to try and see what the problem is. She also asked them to contact someone to get it working sooner, they told her they don't deal with that and that the residents need to call the person.
Next her key to her mailbox doesn't work. She has been going to the office for 8 days asking for the proper key, and has been calling daily. Each time they act like its the first time they're hearing about it.
Then they said her checked bounced for rent. We look at her bank statement and the transaction has clearly gone through. don't waste your time or money. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Hey everyone that is currently living there, I"m going to out on a limb and say that apparently you can live there for free. How, you might say. Well the company that owns the place does not pay their bills so why should you pay yours! They owe my wife $1700 dollars and wont pay her for cleaning their office and some apartments. So guess what I think they need the to be returned the favor! FREE RENT!!!!!

Mar 2018: After 3 changes in management, I have given up. I have seen over 30 roaches in my apartment in the last year. Also in my first 2 months if moving in, my dishwasher and garbage disposal was broken, it took over a month to get fixed. The office staff told me that the matinence guy was too busy remodeling empty apartments, but then the next visit I made to the office to reload my laundry card, a man was smoking in the office harassing me about resigning my lease. Another note on the laundry card, use a different washateria if you have to live here. Maybe half the dryers work so you either pay double, or you have to hang your clothes all over the tiny apartment to dry. Also, the matinence man harasses the female tenants. There are drug deals in the parking lot and the garbage pile up is disgusting. This place is way too overpriced. Find a duplex Review from Google
Dec 2017: New management for the 3rd time and this one who knows who it is,not friendly at all. Wifi keeps cutting on and off, in my apt I hv lots of issues that hasn't been fixed. Lots of roaches;( laundry sucks I always have to clean it after people who wash pets clothes. Nasty can't wait for my lease to finish. Nov 2017: Due to the low rating my daughter and I hesitated to visit the property, we are glad we stopped by, and were pleasantly surprised. Jul 2017: The new management is terrible. We've had our water shut off about three times a week since February. Water shutoff lasts between two and six hours, there's no consistent times they do their work, there has never been ONE SINGLE NOTICE to us that the water will be shut off, and that's not even the worst part. The worst part is that when the water is turned back on, it pours out discolored with sediment, rust flakes, and whatever other garbage they got in the pipes while replacing them. And again because there's no notice we never know when our water will suddenly be replaced with dirt. Management's answer to this is that because they don't know when their own crews would be working on the pipes that they couldn't possibly give notice.

Jun 2017: The Vintage apartments have a new management company/team and they are wonderful. They are respectful, helpful and pleasant to visit with regarding property issues/payments and concerns. The facility is currently under reconstruction and they are upgrading all of their amenities and buildings. Approachable and helpful management is hard to find at most apartment complexes in town.
