Aug 2018: To be honest, my experience with the lofts was terrible, the management is just a never-ending bunch of clowns, the attrition rate is amazing with a new face every week. The manager hides in the office doesn't want to engage with people. Communication is zero. STAY well away from this shambles you won't regret it. May 2018: The place is decent but management is terrible! I’ve only been here for four months as a subleaser and I’ve yet to have a good experience with them. They charge you for things unexpectedly and without much detail. Working with the staff was impossible. I’ve never had calls or emails returned, and I hear something different every time I attempt to contact them. The only manager that worked with me quit because of the disorganization. They will jip you however they can. Heed the reviewers’ warnings. Review from Google May 2018: Overall is just ok. Good location and convenient furnished apartment. However, there are many problems about the system and management. For example, I got the problem with my reserved parking fee. I called, emailed, and stopped by the leasing office for at least 10 times. Until now, there is still incorrect balance due shows in my account. We are students and we have many things worth to do at this time, but definitely not worth to spend that much time to do what the managers should do. Review from Google Mar 2018: Overall I like these apartments, the staff is friendly especially Stephani she is kind and helpful. I live in the 2 Bed 2 Bath it is a good size the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that when we first moved in the apartment was dirty, which we didn't like because the whole point of someone moving in mid August and paying for the whole month was so the apartment could get clean. But after we told the staff that it must be clean they immediately got to it. The staff has never let me down they are always ready and kind. The lofts are in the process of remodeling certain areas like the gym and also the computer lab which was one of the reason why I decided to live here again. The lofts are always giving free food which is a bonus. Wi-fi is good, bus route is great, and residents are friendly. It's a good place and good price. Review from Google Mar 2018: The rates are a good but electricity is not included. The location of the apartments is a big bonus since there is a lot of stores like HEB, Target and the mall are near it along with the fact that the bus take you to HEB itself but the location also seems to affect your cellular providers signal. I have Verizon, being one of the top cellular companies, and still have bad signal. The wifi is good enough once you're connected but your device sometimes randomly disconnects or takes a while to connect automatically. A lot of parking spaces are reserved and therefore it is sometimes difficult to find a convenient parking space at night. Overall, its a good place to stay its pretty calm, the rooms are a good size the maintenance service is great the living room and kitchen are a good size and well furnished as well. Review from Google Mar 2018: Overall The Lofts is a great place to live. The staff is extremely nice and answers any questions you have right away. Maintenance calls are answered quickly and repairs are usually done within the same day or next day, unless there is a lot of calls which happened during move in but is understandable. Prices are on the higher end but its a good place to live. Review from Google Mar 2018: The lofts is a wonderful place to live! I lived there my freshman and sophomore year. Having a bus route that quickly gets you to campus is a great luxury! Being close to the park is also great for people who like to run! I also enjoyed having covered parking for my car. Review from Google Feb 2018: I’m definitely renewing here at The Lofts! Great customer service and the new management is superb! All maintenance requests are tended to in a timely manner. Hallways are being cleaned regularly and looking much better! The gym is being remodeled and I love not having to leave the propert to go to another gym or pay for a membership. I love the new free Starbucks machine and free printing as well. I am very pleased with this apartment complex. Review from Google Jul 2017: Thank you so much for the review! We love having you as a resident! Jun 2017: I think these are absolutely gorgeous apartments & as well Lofts. I think the minute you move in you feel as if you are living at a resort to the beautiful swimming pool & nice quietness that they take pride on here. I also love the Theater Room, Computer Room, Gym, Parking Garage. I think the staff is absolutely amazing & so helpful with anything you need. The Loft itself is absolutely breathtaking it's very nice & definitely a great price. I would recommend anyone to live here, it's the best decision you could make. Whoop!! Gig Em!!
Review from 6/2/17 on Google May 2017: DIRTY: there's been vomit in the stairway for two months now, there is often broken glass in the parking garage that stays there for months. We keep our apartment clean but we still get roaches. We had an ant infestation (on the 2nd floor, because they live in the floor and walls.)
Maintenance Requests: take forever
SECURITY: SUCKS! The gates and doors are often broken, things get stolen, people who don't live there use the gym and pool. Bad part of town.
NOISE: The fire alarm system is screwed up so it goes off all the time, often at 3am.
Review from 5/30/17 on Google Apr 2017: I'm not sure why there is so much negativity but I would highly recommend The Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek. We have the larger 2-2 with rooms on opposite end of the apartment with the sitting area and the kitchen in the middle. I've never had problems getting results from management. The location is convenient to shopping, bus routes and the Universities, A&M and Blinn. Feb 2017: I vehemently do not recommend living here. You are definitely not getting what you pay such a high price to live here for. There are so many things wrong with this place. For starters, from the minute you take your first tour you are completely deceived. One reason I wanted to live here is because they are so insistent on how secure it is, which it is NOT. None of the security measures they have work and the garage is entirely accessible. Anyone can get into this place. Pretty much anything they tell you is not true, the WiFi is not good, none of the gym equipment works, etc.
Review from 2/10/17 on Google Nov 2016: I've been living here for about 4 months and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's over priced, has tiny rooms, the Internet is terrible, and the "free" tv doesn't exist. I'm talking no channels what so ever, so you have to rely on Netflix, which can't even properly stream due to the awful internet. And the fire alarms are almost always blaring in the night.
Review from 11/11/16 on Apartment Ratings Sep 2016: I personally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I lived here last year with three of my friends in a four bedroom/four bathroom. Upon move in the place was beyond dirty. We had vomit and bodily fluids on our couch, wads of hair all over, doors didn't fully shut. One of the bedrooms closet doors had been taken off and used as a BP table, so it was stained. The management didn't have all four sets of keys ready and just told us to share. The day after move in our AC went out and we immediately contacted management and were told they were taking care of it. We never heard back and spent two nights in a 90 degree apartment, sleeping on our patio with fans.
Review from 9/8/16 on Apartment Ratings Sep 2016: I would not recommend living at the Lofts. It's over priced for what if is, the maintenance is terrible, and a lot of units have issues. They do not lock the doors to get into apartment levels like they should so the safety is not good. The fire alarm goes off at 2-3 in the morning way more than it should waking up students on important school nights. There is way better options in college station for living than the lofts.
Review from 9/4/16 on Apartment Ratings Jan 2016: My experience at the lofts has been good. The staff are always nice and helpful. My one major complaint is that the Internet is not good, even after the increased bandwidth. It is difficult to load many of my school documents and I find myself having to leave and go somewhere else to do homework.
Review from 1/26/16 on Apartment Ratings Nov 2015: The Lofts is really a great place to live! I was at The District last year and this is a HUGE step up! They have really cool events and the workers seems so nice. I definitely would recommend this place. They have a lot of cool things to offer that other places don't. I just think people may have complained before just because they don't realize how nice it really is here. Since I was able to live at a place that was not so nice before you can really see what you're getting here. The wifi hasn't been that great but by this week they said they will have it fixed! I have only had one issue with my apartment and maintenance got it fixed that day! I really have no complaints about this property and I'm really glad I chose to live here.
Review from 11/12/15 on Apartment Ratings Oct 2015: The Lofts are awesome!! All of the people are super friendly and the environment is like a resort. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live anywhere but here!!
Review from 10/27/15 on Apartment Ratings Oct 2015: After living at the lofts for about two months, I think the staff, the environment, the atmosphere are awesome. It feels comfortable when you get into the lobby. The business center has the new imac and the free printable paper for us to print out the assignment. leading us a convenient life. However, there is a drawback that i couldn't stand for. It is the internet speed. I have never seen such a slow speed before. I think it should be improved as soon as possible. If not, after completing the contract, I would rather move out although the benefit I list above.
Review from 10/1/15 on Apartment Ratings Feb 2015: This is a wonderful complex with great amenities--two beautiful pools, a sand volleyball court, a theatre, a DVD kiosk, a game room, a lounge, a computer lab, and a 24-hour two-story fitness center. The complex is above a small shopping center with the fantastic Arbano Mediterranean Cafe, and sits on the Route 27 bus stop (about 12 minutes from A&M). Next door is an ice skating rink, across the street is Wolf Pen Creek Park and Amphitheater, and the Post Oak Mall is right down Holleman. (current resident 2/12/2015) Aug 2014: I would recommend The Lofts to anyone looking for a cool place to live. My apartment is huge and the loft-style feel is awesome. I've lived here since August and I've never even had to call maintenance out to my place. The office does free food for people who live here all the time and they have fun casino nights and stuff like that too. Definitely worth the money. Reviw from Google June 2014 Aug 2014: The Lofts is an AWESOME place to live! I have lived here for two years now and I just signed my lease for my third year. I currently live in a three bedroom and I absolutely love the floor plan! Everything in my apartment is very updated and new, unlike many apartments here in College Station. The amenities are great, especially the gym and the pool! The pool is in the middle of the property surrounded by the building, so it truly feels like you are at a resort! You almost forget that you are in College Station! I used to have a gym membership at Gold's Gym, but I quickly ended that because I have everything that Gold offers at my apartment! All of the equipment is the exact same! I would HIGHLY recommend living at The Lofts! Review from Google June 2014 Aug 2014: Great apartment! When I moved in I was astounded at how clean the unit was. It made me feel like I was the first person to ever move into that unit. Also, I have a lot of stuff so I got a storage unit (which is just right down the hallway) to place all of my extra stuff. LOVE THE POOL! Especially for evening swims after a long day :) Review from Google Aug 2014
