Nov 2015: Amenities include washing machine and dryer, full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove and microwave. Utilities are included in rent. The area is primarily college students and a very friendly place to live with a bus route to campus. (Nov 29 current resident craigslist)
Nov 2015: The apartment was very dirty on move-in. I cleaned for about an hour and still it was dirty. The painters had dripped paint all over the floor, the dishwasher was clogged with food, the oven was dirty and the carpets were stained. In one room the carpet was completely destroyed and smelled (previous owner had a pet). This is on MOVE IN - obviously they don't do a lot to clean up between renters. I think communication with the residents and families about the new security tags has been very poor.

Nov 2015: BENEFITS of the cottages: having a lovely home to come back to every night, having your own room, your own bathroom, a nice size kitchen, a great size living room, and (depending on your floor plan) a nice size balcony. Benefits also include parking right in front of your cottage (this does not apply to the apartments), having a clubhouse with nice amenities, maintenance comes fairly soon after putting in your complaint about what needs fixing, and the landscaping is also looks very nice. The beautiful cottages are the reason why people live here.

Oct 2015: The cottages are so great. They have a great atmosphere and wonderful safety features. The view of the stadium is prime. The staff is responsive and lots of nice people. The pool area is beautiful.
