Oct 2019: A week has gone by with no hot water. The office did not send a email out until 72 hours later stating that the boiler was down. Considering the fact that it has been cold the water is freezing. What have the maintenance men been doing all summer besides leaving unlocked units and a dirty pool. The tow trucks don't even come by any more what's the point of even having a parking sticker when the visitors parking isn't being used for visitors. Definitely not resigning here nor recommend for those who have kids ! Review from Google

Antoinette is who we mainly have dealing with our lease, but everyone else in the office is super friendly and able to assist with anything my husband and I need. We've been living at Pearl Apartments since October 2018, and still have no complaints. The office staff is amazing and always so helpful. The 2 times that my apartment had maintenance requests, the staff put in the request and within the week things were take care of. I couldn't be happier with living here. Its beautiful and quiet and there's lots of space for my son and his emotional support dog to play and be free.

Jan 2019: I have made a request for the Pearl Apartments to remove Summit dead trees around my. Housing unit they only cut down one really close to the apartment but there's one also close to the grass area that is dead and it keeps on dropping lots of big chunks of branches on the floor. (I do not feel safe where I am living.) Our A/C went out for 2weeks and we had to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks BC they refused to give us an A/C unit and it was 97 degrees inside the appartment. Never apologized. We had to get a new car due to a hit and run and it got totaled so we tried to get a new parking sticker which they refused us again. One night we asked the patrolling security guard if where we parked was OK. He agreed. We woke up to the car impounded and a $350 fee. We told the office what happened and said they couldn't do anything and to call a number BC it's there fault. We called the number and they said the apartments have to handle it. We never settled it. Twice it happened.
