Feb 2017: The apartment has many amenities (gym, pool, sauna, pool table, ping-pong, computer area, and many more). The apartment is in a very good location. it is a few minutes walk to campus, and has bus stops as well. It has many food shops around the apartment as well. Review from resident 2/26/2017 Feb 2017: I have lived at north point for 2 years and I have experienced the worst customer service every year. The staff most of the staff is rude or dont know what they are talking about. I put in a maintenance request 4 times for the same thing and it did get fixed til a month later. Overall it is a OK place to live, if you like thin walls to hear your roommate brush their teeth every morning, small parking garages ( which is a death trap and a accident waiting to happen) and rowdy neighbors.
Review from 2/24/17 on Google Dec 2016: I moved here in August 2016. Overall, I'm satisfied with my decision. The promised amenities have been available- pools and work out rooms, saunas and computer labs, etc. My apartment looked exactly like the model did when I moved in. The buildings have electronic locks and are secure. Their roommate matching program is great. There are community events and it's a fun place to live. Unfortunately, the staff is under-trained. They have no idea about any of the policies or any of the information a resident needs, and won't make an effort to find out for you.
Review from 12/8/16 on Apartment Ratings Jan 2016: It's a really nice place to live. Lots of places to eat surround the complex, sandwich shop, coffee shop, and world of beer are just steps away, free printing, 2 pools, 2 gyms, granite counter tops, 2 study areas, free starbucks machine, lots of activities are offered by the apartment complex (they provided a huge thanksgiving dinner during that time)
Bus route 4! It takes 5 minutes to get to campus and the bus stop is right by the complex!
