Aug 2019: Apartment constantly having maintenance issues, which never get solved. Unclean stairs. Very difficult to contact management for reporting and solving problems. Review from Google
Aug 2019: No proper maintenance at all. AC for my apartment is not working properly. This problem is there since I started living from Aug 2018. Even when we complain, they fix the issue for 2 3 days and the problem still continues. Apart from this, other issues arrive every now and then. Flush is not working, blinds are broken, disposal in kitchen is not working. There was a huge water leakage from the heater this spring, which was fixed after a lot of complaints. And again now the AC is not working! Review from GoogleAug 2016: Decently maintained apartment, older buildings and access to bus stop make for a good apartment complex. Lacks a swimming pool, good laundry. Review from GoogleAug 2016: The new leasing office people are not very professional in their work. They did not gave us clean apartment and also the maintenance is very poor. The bathroom and kitchen are very dirty. There were mold and fungus in the bathroom and termites home in the kitchen. Professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and overall service level of the staff are very poor.
Review from 8/13/16 on Apartment RatingsMar 2015: Great location. Friendly and attentive staff. Safe and clean. Maintenance is very fast. We've never had an issue with loud neighbors. Overall - you definitely can't ask for a better place to live. Definitely one of the best in the area.

Mar 2015: I absolutely love my apartment! You get the best bang for you buck living here. I walk to campus so the location makes it very convenient for me. The manager and maintenance guy take care of any issues right away and are so nice. I am renewing again this year and overall very pleased.

Feb 2015: I attend Texas A&M University and love how close walking distance Normandy Square is to campus. Maintenance issues get taken care of quickly, quiet place to live and friendly staff.
