Howdy! I&#;m looking for someone to take over my lease this summer since I will be moving. It&#;s a 1Bed/1Bath apt on the second floor in Madison Pointe. It has a balcony with a 🏊 pool view. I don’t have a pet, but 🐕 pets are allowed for an additional charge. The apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful. The original rent is $/month, now $/month (Does not include utility, the utility is around $ depends on usage), and the rent of May is waived!!
Move-In: After // but can be negotiable
Move-Out: Lease Ends //, but the apt will be available after the lease is over.
