Hi there! I am looking to sublease my bedroom as I am graduating in December of . I&#;m looking for 👩 girls only because my other two roommates are 👩 females as well :). The downstairs of this townhome is fully furnished with a full laundry room and half bath. However my room will be unfurnished with a 🚶 walk in closet and a private bathroom. The 🚍 bus stop (#) is right by our unit and we have numbered parking spots in front of the unit. I&#;m ideally looking to sublease January-July but will take the spring semester only (January-May).
