Holleman Village and Champions on Luther are two student duplex communities located right by Texas A&M (both on the bus Route. The duplexes are either one or two stories, all having 3 bedrooms, and Washer and Dryer. The community is mainly students, but uses the traditional apartment set-up with one lease per duplex, and utilities being paid by the tenant. As opposed to a house, the yard is fully taken care of by others, so no need to get a mower.
There are no fancy community amenities, the living style at Holleman Village and Champions on Luther is closer to a house than apartment community....
