Jan 2016: I moved in here and ignored the Yelp reviews; please don't make my mistake.
This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Everything is old and run down and nothing works. The workout equipment in the "gym" is decrepit and 2 of the elliptical machines (of the three) don't even turn on.
They have lost my rent check twice and if it weren't for me taking pictures and logging my payments they would have charged me double my rent after they lost my check.
My hot water heater breaks every few weeks and all they do is come and turn up the thermostat on it and tell me it's fine. I've had to fix it myself a few times so they don't run up my electric bill any more than they already have.

Aug 2015: I like these apartments because the management is really nice and helpful. It is a family friendly community and that is also a big factor for me.

Jul 2015: DO NOT RENT HERE. Eastmark Apartments is a slum and the upkeep/management of the apartments has only gotten worse in the past three years that I've lived here.
1) Our ceiling in the outdoor storage caved in and exposed live wires on the hot water heater on Memorial day weekend. Most, if not all other apartment complexes have an emergency contact number for situations like this.
2) The amenities are a lie. The sand volleyball court has been left in such disrepair (not to mention full of disgusting water) its only service is as an eye sore and litter box for the stray cats. The pool is constantly green and non-functional.
