Apr 2018: I’ve lived here for two years and am going on a third. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are above and beyond. Maintenance requests are managed in timely manners. The over-all layout of the complex/units/rooms is also nice. Great place to live. 10/10 Review from Google Feb 2018: Pretty dope place to live tbh. Asset campus housing does a good job managing that place. The staff used to be chill Review from Google Feb 2018: I would recommend going to stay somewhere else. I’ve had constant issues with receiving my packages because there’s someone with the same name who lives here too and they can never seem to give one of us our actual package so I always receive my mail opened. There’s places that are also cheaper than here and where you can pay a semester instead of paying until July like I do. And there’s places that include everything even electricity and have awesome aminoties! The gym sucks there’s only two treadmills that work the weights are old and the room is always hot and stuffy. When I moved in it was so dirty I had to clean everything myself. There was dog hair everywhere from the previous renter. Roommate matching sucks too! I’ve had a horrible experience ever since I moved in. I would not recommend living here! There’s nothing special Review from Google Oct 2017: Loved here for the 2015-2016 school year. It's really nice and comes furnished be warned it's definitely a party complex and music and loud people can be heard all night but if you are loud like we were it was perfect. If you want the best activities and don't mind the parties it's a lot of fun and everyone there are good ags Review from Google Jun 2017: Campus Village had been without a doubt one of the best places if not the best apartment complex that I could possible lived during my stay at College Station. Since move-in day, I could notice how fast, simple and effective does everything works at CV. As an international student, Management and I could work together through all my paperwork despite distance and time zone. Furthermore, when I got to the complex for move-in day, community Assistants could guide me during the whole check-in process and registration. A huge thank you to Miss Yasmin for being so patience with me. And at last, Maintenance, at CV Maintenance were always available for residents if I ever need anything to get fix. There were a couple of times when, I submitted a maintenance order on a Monday morning before going to my first class. And by afternoon, I was receiving an Review from Google Jun 2017: Ever since I toured campus village in the spring of 2016, I knew I was home. The facilities are very nice and kept in pristine condition, the demo rooms are beautiful, and really do make you feel like you could live there, and the staff is SO professional, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I remember my tour very well. Yasmin was the leasing agent doing tours that day, and gave us a private one. We didn't really know what floor plan we wanted, so she showed us all of them. She really did it right. I signed that day and have renewed since then. I would recommend it to anybody! Review from Google Jun 2017: I have loved living here at Campus Village! My roommates and I just signed for a second year. It is a very nice apartment complex with even greater amenities. The staff is super friendly and maintenance works very fast. They really make sure their residents feel welcomed by having taco Tuesdays, thirsty Thursdays, or even a Super Bowl party. They are constantly looking out for us and making sure we are satisfied. I definitely recommend for everyone to come and visit, because you will love it. Review from Google Jun 2017: I signed at Campus Village two years ago sight unseen, and I was not disappointed! I am currently going on to live here for my third year. The staff is very friendly, and I have made a lot of friends with the other residents. It is a nice property with a lot of amenities that make the school year bearable. Every month they have lots of events with free food! It is in an excellent location, and I definitely recommend it to others who are looking for great housing. Review from Google Jun 2017: Campus Village is by far the best apartment complex in town. It's in a great location and the staff is super helpful no matter what the issue is, and they actually care! It's nice to finally feel welcome and not just like another tenant!
Review from 6/11/17 on Google May 2017: I really love how welcoming the management was my first visit their. I also really loved the quality of the walls, furniture and floors of the town homes. The quality is a lot better compared to a lot of other town homes I have visited. I liked the style and floor plan of the kitchen and living room.
Review from 5/14/17 on Google Apr 2017: Campus Village has really nice apartments and a really nice pool but the management is quite honestly terrible. I wish I hadn't signed a lease to live here again next year already or I would have chosen somewhere else. Management genuinely doesn't seem to really care about problems that go on in the apartment. We had a MAJOR roommate issue and it took 5 MONTHS to fix. We kept getting told to solve it ourselves, when yes, we are adults but there are always people that don't act like adults. This roommate was TERRIBLE and it quite literally took them 5 months to do anything about it.
Review from 4/20/17 on Google Apr 2017: I would like to put no stars but I can't. I've lived here all semester and it is the worst apartment complex I've ever stayed in. I would not suggest anyone to ever come and live here. The internet never works, I have gotten fined for the dumbest of things. This complex is literally the worst apartments ever. I'd rather live with my parents and that is saying something. And the furniture they give is such an awful quality, the appliances are unbelievably bad too.
Review from 4/15/17 on Google Apr 2017: Time spent here was enjoyable, but awful, awful internet connection. Spotty, disconnected randomly, ethernet ports constantly stop working. After repeatedly speaking to the front desk, they promised they'd look into/fix it over and over with no change. I even spotted a missing router on my floor and mentioned it to them, thinking that they might be able to solve my problem quicker. As of 4/14/17, I have now been complaining for five months with no resolution. Will not be recommending to others.
Review from 4/14/17 on Google Mar 2017: This has been the best living experience while being in college! Staff is awesome and tends to any situation I have professionally, Maintenance has always been quick and done in the same day! If your looking for reasonable rates, a clean environment and fun place to live this is the place to be!
Review from 3/20/17 on Google Mar 2017: Campus Village has given me the best living experience I could possibly ask for. I have been here since my freshman year, and have renewed for a third year. The office staff is always so nice and always so understanding. Maintenance is also quick to fix work orders. They are always so nice and helpful too. I have enjoyed it so much, and don't have any negative to say about this place. Everyone should make Campus Village their future home!
Review from 3/20/17 on Google Mar 2017: Perfect College Experience.
Campus Village offers a wide variety of amenities while still catering to every student's need to study. I would highly recommend.
P.S. They have food at the clubhouse for the whole complex once a week.
Review from 3/4/17 on Google Dec 2016: Stayed in Campus Village Apartments in College Station, TX and it has been nothing but an absolute headache. It's so ridiculous how they put nothing but inept people in charge of their properties who do nothing but give you the runaround when it deals with your money. I checked my credit report a few days ago and saw that there was something in collection for around $300. I called the company it was in collection for and they stated that it was for "damage done" to the apartment that I had moved out of in May. I had NEVER received any notification of this bill before it went into collection, though the leasing managers both stated that they sent "three letters to your address and called both you and guarantor." This was a flat out lie, because I pulled the call log reports on both my guarantor and my phone and had no phone calls. Review from 12/26/16 on Google Nov 2016: I had lived here for only one year. I thought it was a decent place to live, but my roommates had several problems with the management. Upon leaving, my roommates and I were charged for damage done that had not happened under our lease. While we were ready to pay for the damage as we had no proof, we had found out that people living in our same building were charged for the exact same damage. After going in and speaking with the management, my roommates got the fees waived. I would not recommend living here unless you want to get charged for damage you didn't cause.
Review from 11/12/16 on Google May 2016: The rooms were nice and I didn't have problems with stuff breaking. But when it came to moving out they hit me and my roommate with almost $1000 in fines! They doubled charged me for a chair I left out overnight and said it was broken and charged an absurd amount for trash bags that were $20 a pop. There was a mirror already broken they said they were gonna fix but still charged me $100 for it. I went to return my keys the day of moving out and they said it had to be returned the day before. They charged $150 for that.
About halfway into the semester someone broke into my house around midnight. They made a bunch a noise and I thought it was just the roomie. I went downstairs and feeling a bit groggy, saw someone I didn't know. I approached them (stupid) as they had my roommate's playstation.
Review from 5/27/16 on Google Mar 2016: Everyone is very friendly, Campus Village is located in a nice area, the actual insides of the apartments are well kept. I enjoy the pool, renovated gym, study rooms, and game room. They have tons of fun activities and keep me updated of events happening.
Review from 3/12/16 on Google Jan 2016: Amazing place to live!! Would highly recommend!! Great apartments, great leading center!! Everyone there is so so nice and helps out so much if you every need anything just go to them!!
Review from 1/30/16 on Google Nov 2015: Campus Village is one of the best apartments i've seen in College Station. It's very clean, homey, and the staff is extremely friendly. One thing i dislike is that the gym is small.
Review from 11/8/15 on Google Sep 2015: Living here is pretty good so far! The rent isn't too bad, the room is spacious, and they've been quick to respond to maintenance requests. I'm definitely enjoying it.
Review from 9/23/15 on Google Jul 2014: I like the apartments but have some issues. Management can be very difficult and not understanding of others situations. However, the townhomes are very nice and well kept, maintenance is always timely and orderly with handle your request. (review from community site 7/5/2014 Jul 2014: Great office hours and events for residents. The place is beautiful, but it can get loud (party place). Amenities are unique and convenient: great for studying and for fun. . (reviews from community site 7/2/2014
