May 2021: Terrible management!
The thing is all is fine if everything is good but once you run into issues of any kind then the management will not solve it.
They don't care at all if you have a bad roommate or having issues at apartment!! They don't do a damn thing(except promises and superficial assurances). I had a break-in into my house, had a fight my roommate but they did not do anything about it and I had to suffer till the end of my lease even if i was ready to pay any amount of money to switch to a better apartment.
Train noises are so much you cannot sleep at night. Horrible! Jul 2019: DON’T DO IT. Most of the “good†reviews were bribed by gift cards. The entire year I’ve lived here has been stressful and disappointing. My A/C has been down at least 3 times and it stinks during summer time. I also can’t adjust it to less than 74 degrees or it “freezes the pipingâ€. The walls are super thin and the foundation seems to be falling apart. There’s basically no natural light so the apartment is super dark all the time. I’ve also had bug infestations and had to call pest control twice. People break into cars and have tried to steal from me before. The only redeeming quality is that the maintenance people are kind and efficient. This complex is very overpriced, management is disappointing and the apartments are low quality. There’s much better options for your money! Review from Google Apr 2019: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. You can hear everything that's going on over you, the walls are paper thin. Maintenance is good, they're pretty fast when you need them. That's probably the only good thing. My car got broken into last semester, and no one seemed to care about it. Apart from having my car broken into, someone tried to break into my apartment this semester. I had to live elsewhere for a week, I currently do not feel safe living here, but there's nothing I can do. They were supposed to install flood lights in the back where the incident happened but they never did it. I will most definitely not be living here next semester. Beware when signing a lease, and don't live on the first floor. Review from Google Apr 2019: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Everyone in the office was so friendly and when me and my parents had questions about the lease, Jennifer (one of the managers) helped us figure it all out. 100% recommend! Review from Google Mar 2019: My experience at Aggie Station was amazing! I love how welcoming the staff is, specially Kayla who helped me with all the questions I had. She was able to guide me to the right people and was very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Review from Google Mar 2019: I really like Aggie Station. It has a very welcoming environment. The staff is helpful, courteous and caring - specially Kayla. The rooms come fully furnished, and it has nice amenities. Come take a tour (ask for Kayla) and discover your new home-away-from-home. Review from Google Mar 2019: Aggie station is a very welcoming environment. I love being here because of the great space and wonderful friends that I have made here. The staff, specifically Kayla, has really made me feel like I belong here. I recommend making the trip over and at least taking a tour (ask for Kayla) to see what Aggie Station and its friendly staff have to offer. Review from Google Mar 2019: Aggie Station is a great place to live! Knew i was in good hands after i had my tour with Alicia. Always super friendly, and always ready to help out whenever you need something. My maintenance requests were always completed on time. Solid off campus choice really close to campus :) Review from Google Mar 2019: I had many friends that recommended Aggie Station as an off-campus housing option. It is very comfortable, student friendly and I loved how helpful the staff were with getting the information I needed for considering a lease. Thank you CA Gabriela for helping me explore lease options for living here for less that a year. It was very insightful. Review from Google Mar 2019: Great location with solid amenities for a decent price. Best thing is how good the staff is with solving issues and getting work orders done, so any issues that arise are gone quickly. Our CA Corbin was always on top of things and accessible at all hours. Solid place to live. Review from Google Mar 2019: This is an all around great complex! They just renovated their amenities and they look amazing! The staff is always friendly and very attentive! Aubriana La Day is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for anyone who walks through the doors! This is definitely a great place to live! Review from Google Mar 2019: I have lived at Aggie Station for years and I’ll be sad to go when I graduate. The staff has been helpful and I love all of the renovations that have been done. They really do try to make the changes that we request! Aubriana has helped me so much throughout my stay, she’s very friendly and always smiling when I walk in! Review from Google Jan 2018: Been living here for 4 months now. Staff is very kind, friendly, and professional!
The gym and pool table are both well taken care of.
Great place to live if you love green infrastructure. Lots of open green area, well maintained. As well as easy parking.
Rooms are furnished with new furniture. Clean. Also, room layouts vary so some rooms get lots of natural light while others don't. Review from Google Jan 2018: I have really enjoyed living here this year. Great location. It’s not too close to campus to where it feels like you’ve never left, and not too far that you can’t walk to class. Whenever any problems arose, I submitted a work order request and it was taken care of in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent an apartment not too far from campus! Review from Google Jan 2018: These apartments are great. The price of rent is right for what i can afford and the the apartment comes fully furnished. Beyond that the staff is friendly and easy to approach. Ive never had an issue that wasnt resolved in a timely manner. They are always quick to have the answers to any of your questions and are willing to help. Review from Google Jan 2018: I've been living here almost a year now and it's the best! I love aggie station and I have already renewed my lease for next year. Maintenance and staff are great, they are always willing to help. 10/10 Recommend this place, I've never had any issues!!! Also they are pet friendly now so that's a plus. Review from Google Jan 2018: This is the first year I have lived at Aggie Station and I have loved it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of our maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manor. We have had some frustrations with our AC unit in the past but this has not been an issue in the last few months. All things considered, Aggie Station is a great place to live. Review from Google Jan 2018: The staff (general manager, receptionist, etc) is very friendly and helpful! In addition, the maintenance team is very quick to respond if you contact them with a problem. I have lived here for 7 months now, and up to this point, the only problem I have had was that my garbage disposal wasn't working. The crew came by to check on it and installed a new one within two days (and it was a Friday when I put this work order in)! I chose these apartments because you get the best combination of everything - location, room/space, and price! I still believe they offer the best for your money and I have even renewed for my last year at Texas A&M. Review from Google Jan 2018: Very big rooms and good size bathrooms! I enjoyed living here my junior year. The only complaint was the massive price drop that made me feel I should have signed late and not early. Review from Google Jan 2018: Best place to stay if you want an elegant and spacious lifestyle. Fully furnished rooms with all the latest and hotel-like feel appliances. Also quick and friendly response service makes your life easier during a hectic semester. Loving it here! Will renew my lease for the next year as well. Review from Google Jan 2018: It's been great living here. The location is my favorite thing about it. You can quickly bike to campus or even walk if you have to, plus it has both a pick up and drop off bus stop. The community is great-rarely any loud music/parties, and I feel safe there. The staff is helpful, and the maintenance workers are quick to responding to requests. It's also very affordable, especially since you're getting a good quality place to live. Cheap utilities as well since it's located in Bryan. Review from Google Jun 2017: BEWARE of subleasing from people, because they make you resign the full lease and if you weren't supposed to pay the full amount [$600ish] you can't inforce the person you're subleasing from to reimburse you. The girl I'm subleasing from is going to owe me $400 and there is no way to get her to pay me back since she got SIGNED OFF from the lease and has no legal obligation now.
They REALLY need to fix this since subleasing is so common here.
We just got new wood floors, furniture, and kitchen utilities, and the fellows who installed it all did a good job.
Review from 6/10/17 on Google Jun 2017: I'm a Texas veteran and I don't live off of my parents anymore. I signed a lease and I can't go to TAMU because I missed the transition date by 2 days. They expect me to pay for the lease even though I'm not going to be living there. If they cared for people's future's they wouldn't force a lease agreement on people.
Review from 6/3/17 on Google May 2017: They don't do a good match up for roommates . They pressure your kids to resign the lease months before the new year starts. So if your kid gives in to the pressure and signs what they believe to be their part of the lease they are bound to it even though they tell you when you sign the lease that it's your signature as well as the students signature that confirms the lease you are liable to pay for the lease even though the new one doesn't start for 5 more months. They don't handle roommate issues. My daughter is sick and needs to come home.
