Mar 2017: I hate this place so much. It is way overpriced and the maintenance is horrible. Ive hated this place from the moment I moved in. The place was so dirty even though they make you clean the entire place before you move out.
They pretend to have all these safety rules in place, yet it is so pointless. They have card scanners on all the gates to get into the complex yet if you live on the east side of the main walkway you cannot enter through any west side gates and vice versa. You also cannot just go visit friends in neighboring buildings because those have card scanners as well.

Jan 2017: In fairness the mistake I made was moving in as a grad student. However, I was under the impression that this was more mature housing. I came to ASU as an international student and will admit the place is nicer than any dorm I ever stayed at back home. Regardless, it was more of a party atmosphere especially when the music by the pool was playing until 2:00am on a week night and noise restrictions overall are not enforced. If I cam to ASU fresh out of high school my response would be different. I was 25 and already been within a career and feeling like I had to sneak alcohol in because the place was technically dry seemed a bit outrageous.

Apr 2016: As a parent I am disappointed and embarrassed by the experience of my child residing at this facility. Their idea of customer service is ridiculous. It is my understanding that the dorm will be used for honor students going forward. I hope that means that they are changing the ownership and management of the facility, otherwise the honor students will not have a good place to develop their academic skills. There are many issues, but the one I want to take time to report is the unethical and underhanded association they have with a towing company. Their purpose is solely to skim and abuse anyone who dares drive or park anywhere close to the dorm.

Apr 2016: The outside of the dorms are very bland and walking to rooms requires walking through gray halls. The dorms themselves, though, look nice, but my girlfriend's dorm in specific has many problems, including bathroom leaks and dishwasher issues.

Nov 2015: The apartment complex is clean for the most part. There is a good amount of security gates and the staff is always responding fairly quickly to work orders, usually takes 1-2 days. I would recommend this to any student looking to live in front of campus and have a good living space.

Nov 2015: Nothing works when you move in... Extremely over priced for what you get. Whatever "resort style amenities " they talk about aren't there, it's a pool and that's it; but they don't treat you or anything else like a resort. They don't accommodate for students. I hope vista goes out of business!!

May 2015: They are constantly nickel and diming you. They promised to lower rent if I renewed my lease and instead they INCREASED it by $40 per month! You can't make a copy of the apartment key, so if you get locked out you have to pay $20 to be let in. It takes at least 20 minutes to exit the parking garage bc they charge a couple thousand dollars to park on the first or second floor. Inviting guests over is a HUGE hassle. You can only give 2 parking passes a month! Tow trucks incessantly parole the place even though the parking lots are always 2/3 empty.
