1. University Ranch Townhomes are located about 2 miles east of the ASU Tempe campus. The community is made up of 112 townhomes built from 1983 to 1986. The majority of units are three bedroom.

2. There is a community Pool and spa, as well as dog park in University Ranch.

3. Given this is a townhome community there are many different owners with different prices, and service levels being offered, so pick carefully. The majority of places are owner occupied, but given the proximity to ASU, many rent out rooms.
