Mar 2016: Worst place to live by far, they want to charge you for everything, including amenities , but fail to take anything under consideration when it comes to there tenants. I live in one of the apartment complex's they own down the street from the leasing office, and they treat this complex with no care, or attention. and then to top it off they now want to raise rent another 100 dollars, making it more then 1,000 in rent, for a place that charges you for everything, is ran down, no security, and they control your ac/heat. definitely not worth the money.

Mar 2016: First off, bugs are a huge issue here. Not just in the kitchen, but in every room, and in every apartment it seems. That, and the place is ran by complete bimbo's. They are so unhelpful and all have such an attitude with anything you need them for. Also, its loud (full of disrespectful college kids so i should have seen that coming.) Your shower will either be scolding hot or freezing cold-no in between. can't get mail/packages delivered because they don't organize it or notify you (their mail room is a complete disaster). I could go on and on about how crappy this place is but long story short- they have no idea what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Review from 3/27/16 on GoogleAug 2015: Moved in recently and was immediately impressed by how nice the apartments are on the inside; especially for the price. When I first moved in, like any apartment that's had previous tenants, a few things needed to be fixed. After a week of trying to get these things fixed I was starting to get frustrated. I spoke with the manager, ____, about was going on and I received an immediate response and everything was fixed same day. Avi, another manager in the office, was especially helpful in making sure we had everything in working order. Thanks so much!

Aug 2015: I've been here for a week and I am already looking at other apartments. We were unknowingly given an unfinished apartment, floor ripped, handle on the fridge is missing, the cabinets don't stay shut, the circuit breaker isn't working so we don't have AC in the front or a stove, and the list goes on. Today there was a homeless man in the pool... I wish this was an exaggeration. I know you get what you pay for but listen when I say the extra little amount of cash will go a long way and make you not have to deal with nonsense.

Jul 2015: The property is very nice and well kept up on. The office workers are very nice and helpful. As far as the apartment goes, it's a fairly simple place but I have no complaints on it.
