My friend is moving out of the 1B1B apartment we share and I am looking for someone to take his place. I sleep in the hall closet, which I consider spacious enough to be a minibedroom, so I pay less rent.
I&#;m a programmer who works and studies from home so I will be on my computer in the closet all the ⌚time. I&#;m also very quiet and use headphones when other people are at the apartment.
I can get along with just about anyone, I&#;m into politics but have friends on all sides of the spectrum. I&#;m comfortable at most temperatures so you can set the thermostat as you please, but if its over I will probably be shirtless.
I prefer to wake up and sleep at consistent ⌚times and can&#;t sleep if there&#;s too much noise, so you&#;ll either need to do the same or be quiet in the mornings/evenings.
is fine as long as you keep the window open since I don&#;t smoke. Theoretically you aren&#;t allowed to smoke or 🍺drink at the apartments since its so close to campus. Theoretically its illegal to ride a bicycle in 7 states without a bicycle license.
The apartment semi-furnished with random furniture and decorations that end up at my apartment when family members don&#;t want them, and you can use all my fancy kitchen stuff too. If you don&#;t like any of the decorations or furniture you can change them as you please as long as there is enough room for at least 5 people to sit in comfy town (see the pictures).
I don&#;t invite people over often but when I do there&#;s 4 of them and they will stay for a long ⌚time yelling about magic missiles and weighted dice, you are free to join us.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
