I am subleasing my apartment starting from January 1st to August 1st because I need to leave town for 6 to 8 months.
The room is a semi-furnished room with a private bathroom and a private balcony. It is a 5 mins 🚶 walk from ASU Tempe campus (see map), extremely convenient for ASU students. The rent is $ a month not including utilities (internet, 💡electricity and 🌊 water etc) which when included would bring the total to less than $ each month on average.
It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, so you will be having a roommate (who&#;s a grad student studying mechanical engineering at ASU), and due to the amount of work he prefers the place to be quiet during the normal ⌚times in a day.
Finally the leasing office will run a background check on the incoming tenants and possibly there&#;s a dollar refundable deposit (this I will need to double check).
