Oct 2019: Horrible management people and awful amnesties and maintenance.
My friends used to live here and thank god I didn’t rent it. Laundry doesn’t work. Homeless people always around the complex.
Recently my friends had a kitchen sink flooding. The management didn’t even have an emergency maintenance! The emergency call was getting re/routed to another person who didn’t have idea about the maintenance.
After the apartment got flooded as they didn’t fix it.. they blamed it on the residents that they should have kept throwing the water throughout the night!
And they didn’t even pay for the damage done to the stuffs. Or even refunded the rent for that month.
Never ever would recommend it to anyone. Lease at your own risk. Review from Google
Oct 2019: This is the worst place to rent. don't waste your money. In the past 2 years that i've lived here the management has changed over 5-6 times and i don't think it will stop. They don't ever have proper maintenance. There is no website. For a good 5-6 months the laundry room was completed broken and trash. The parking lot is open with homeless walking around. Recently there was a flooding at night in the kitchen and the maintenance expected us to stay awake all night and monitor water levels and the management is not even sorry about it

Mar 2018: So you have to make an appointment before you go office because they no longer open leasing office unless you make an appointment.
But they never answer the phone or reply back.

Mar 2017: Unfortunately this place has become overrun by Indians in recent years. There are better places for just a bit more, or even the same level of rent. The community has become rocus and disrespectful, loud at all hours of the day and night, and messy. There are bugs, not because the facility isn't well maintained by management, but because the community of foreigners do not know how to look after themselves. Management is great and will care for you if you need help, but if there is an issue it is likely a result of the community's general disrespect for the property. I would not recommend this property. Jan 2012: Someone close lives here. it's pretty decent for a student living around ASU campus. The price ain't too bad either. The management is pretty good & quick to respond to service requests most of the time. Have a good backyard, but they are missing some stuff, like a gym & in-house washers & dryers option! As I said its more than good for its price in this area, you can always come into the office & have a look yourself!
8th st looks shady though at night, less lighting & rocky point cantina very close, but well cops keep an eye most of the time around here, not as shady as Dorsey ofc!
Best point ofc is how close the place is to ASU, four peaks, orbit bus stop & light rail!
