I had signed a month lease for the master bedroom of this 4 Bedroom 4 Bath apartment but I am unable to move-in due to some health problems. i would like to sublease it at the discounted rate I had got as an early bird special which more than $ lesser than the current rate. Water/Sewer, Internet & Garbage included.
